Who: Success Teams have a minimum and a maximum of 6 people, generally working on a specific, tangible professional goal or project.
You must be willing to participate fully in the 8 week experience.
What:
The fee covers:
- over 20 hours of professional facilitation,
- the official Success Team manual,
- group brainstorming, problem solving, and support,
- facilitation of your brainstorming Idea Party and
- one private phone coaching session with certified professional career and life coach, Susan Whipple.
The entire process costs less than $25 per hour.
When: Our Spring Forward Team Begins on Saturdays in April 2010
We will meet, in person: April 17, 24, May 1,8,15, and 22 and June 5-no meeting May 29
You will also have: one private phone coaching session to be scheduled with Susan individually
The upcoming Success Team includes:
- six group- in person meetings-on Saturdays from 1:30 pm-4:00 pm
- An Idea Party you will plan and schedule for one of our Saturday afternoons (tentative date: May 22)
- plus an individual 30 minute telephone coaching session with certified professional business, career and life coach Susan Whipple-scheduled individually with each team member
In addition to our team meetings, when you join our Success Team be ready to spend::
- in the first three weeks: approximately three hours weekly, of-in-between session reading and exercises, together with between session planning calls, with team members, in support of clarifying your goal and creating your implementation plan.
- For the duration of the team, average (varies depending on you and the scope of your goal) of two hours, weekly, for working your plan and, between session, team member strategy calls for focus and accountability.

How to Register:
Please Note: Registration will close on March 15 or when we are full, whichever occurs first. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and the fee is non-refundable. If the Success Team is cancelled, and not rescheduled, you will be given the option to apply your payment to the next Success Team or be issued a refund.
