WhoSan Francisco Bay Area Success Teams have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 6 people, each individual choosing a specific, tangible professional or personal goal or project for our 8 sessions together.. 

What:

Our Success Team includes:

  • 8  in person Success Team meetings, with over 16 hours of professional facilitation,
  • the official Success Team manual,
  • group brainstorming, problem solving, accountability, resources, connections, and support,
  • facilitation of your brainstorming Idea Party to be scheduled while the team is in session.

Our Fall Success Team will meet, in Sausalito, on Mondays between 2:00pm-4:00pm:

November 7, 14, 21, 28 

December 5, 12, 19

Plus an Idea Party to be scheduled, by the team, during our 8 weeks together 

 In addition to our team meetings, when you join our Success Team be ready to spend::

  • in the first three weeks:  approximately three hours weekly, of-in-between session reading and exercises, together with between session planning, with team members, in support of clarifying your goal and creating your implementation plan.
  • For the duration of the team, average (varies depending on you and the scope of your project/ goal) of two hours, weekly, for working your plan and,  between session, team member strategy  for focus and accountability.
  • You must be willing to participate fully in the 8 session experience
Where: Sausalito: with free parking and access to major bus lines into Marin City (bus hub at the bottom of the hill from where the team meets. Previous bus riders have made arrangements with other team members to pick them up at the library or Starbucks, near the bus stop, and bring them up the hill).
 
 How to Register: 

Please Note:  Registration is on a first come, first scheduled basis and the fee is non-refundable.  If the Success Team is cancelled, and not rescheduled, you will be given the option to apply your payment to the next scheduled Success Team,  to one-one coaching, or to be issued a refund, minus  $10.00,  to help cover the Paypal processing fee.
