Responsible for all aspects of the first university level coaching training program. Lead the recruitment effort, advised students, and hired faculty for this master's degree level program.

Leadership Development and Training Director
Led organizational change team for the Western Region of this high technology Fortune 500 leader. The team was responsible for all leadership and professional training. Designed and implemented successful transition to employee led high performance work teams. Coached the executive leadership team through strategic planning and leadership challenges for 1000 person region. Reported to the Western Region Vice President.
Staffing Director
Directed the staffing effort for the Eastern Region of EDS. Managed a leadership team of 100 first and second line managers and recruiters, located throughout the Eastern states. Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for all technical, professional and administrative positions across business lines (large emphasis on federal, state, and local government business) of this highly visible corporation. Team's efforts resulted in over 2000 employees hired annually. Additionally, designed, implemented and led the first university recruitment and relations program for the Eastern region.
