Professional Life/Leadership/Career Coach, 1994-present    

Coach entrepreneurs and other creative professionals in strategic life and career planning. Dynamic collaborative approaches are used to facilitate conscious life and leadership growth and transformation. Specialties include values clarification, strategic life planning, and life/work balancing. Conduct one-on-one phone and in-person group coaching sessions. Professional Coaching Certification through International Coach Federation accredited training program and exam.

Success Team Leader, Sher Success Teams, 2003-present 

Facilitate Success Teams for individuals to clarify their values, envision and realize their personal and professional  dreams and goals. The two month teams are based on Barbara Sher's Success Team format. Registered as Barbara Sher's Official Success Team Leader for San Francisco Bay area.

Director Of Life Coaching JFK University, 2004-2005    

Responsible for all aspects of the first university level life coaching training program. Lead the recruitment effort, advised students, and hired faculty for this master's degree level program. Reported to the Chair for The School Of Integral Studies.  

Program Advisor, JFK University, 1996-1998   

Conducted informational interviews for prospective students and advised existing students in the School of Holistic Studies Consciousness Studies graduate program.

EDS, 1979-1994   

Leadership Development and Training Director

Led organizational change team for the Western Region of this high technology Fortune 100 leader. The team was responsible for all leadership and professional training. Designed and implemented successful transition to employee led high performance work teams. Coached the executive leadership team through strategic planning and leadership challenges for 1000 person region. Reported to the Western Region Vice President. 

Staffing Director

Directed the staffing effort for the Eastern Region of EDS. Managed a leadership team of 100 managers and recruiters, located throughout the Eastern states. Responsible for full life cycle recruitment  for all technical, professional and administrative positions across business lines of this highly visible corporation. Team's efforts resulted in over 1000 employees hired annually. Additionally, designed, implemented and managed the first campus recruitment program for the Eastern region.
